Äng is currently in beta. Access is free — no credit card required. Granted beta members get the full workspace, including AI image generation, the canvas tools, and all editing features.

How credits work

Generating and editing costs credits, because every image, video and 3D model runs on paid compute. Granted beta members receive a one-time allocation to explore with — it is not a monthly reset during beta. Your balance is shown in your account settings, and the options that cost extra say so where you pick them.

Everything on the canvas that does not call a model — boards, uploads, arranging, markup, comparing, exporting — is unmetered.

What's included

Core tools available to every account:

• Unlimited boards on the infinite canvas
• AI image generation across a curated set of models, picked per task
• AI image editing — inpainting, outpainting, style transfer
• Reference image upload and organization
• Markup and sketch tools for guided generation
• Direction blocks for subject, mood, materials and colour
• Comparing variations side by side
• Creation threads (iteration history)

Compute-heavier features are part of full beta access:

• Video generation
• 3D model generation
• Image merge and thumbnail sheets
• Batch variations and 4K resolution
• Layout editing and re-rendering
• The AI agent on the canvas

Future pricing

We will introduce paid plans after the beta period. Core functionality will remain accessible at low or no cost. Users who help shape the product during beta will be given priority access and favorable terms when paid plans launch.

We will communicate pricing changes with adequate notice before they take effect. No surprises.

How to get beta access

Beta access is currently invite-based. You can request access by submitting your details on the beta page. We review requests and grant access in batches.
